UP NEXT: HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL

This summer Victoria will be directing Mill Mountain Theatre's summer mainstage musical: High School Musical!


This production will run on MMT's Trinkle MainStage from July 28th-August 7th, and tickets are available at millmountain.org.


In the fall of 2022, Victoria is set to serve as the Costume Designer for MMT's production of Peter & Wendy, along with continuing her responsibilities as the Director of Education for the theatre.

CURRENTLY: PETER & WENDY AND FALL SEMESTER CLASSES 

Currently, Victoria is serving as the Costume Designer and working on the movement/fight choreography for Mill Mountain Theatre's upcoming production of Peter & Wendy


She is also teaching theatre classes for both Mill Mountain Theatre Conservatory and Burton Center for Arts and Technology.

RECENTLY & IN OTHER NEWS

Direction: Curious George and the Golden Meatball and High School Musical

In the spring and summer of 2022, Victoria directed Mill Mountain Theatre's productions of High School Musical, Curious George and the Golden Meatball, and As You Like It. 


Also in 2021-2022, Victoria directed MMT's  productions of Write Stuff! (the theatre's annual young playwrights festival), Godspell, Jr., and A Midsummer Night's Dream, several of which were nominated for Broadway World's 2021 Regional Theatre Awards. Stay tuned for announcements about upcoming directing projects! 

Education & Scholarship: In 2022, Victoria has presented several workshops based on her graduate thesis (entitled Commedia dell'Shakespeare: The Benefits of Basic Commedia Training for Modern Shakespearean Actors) at the VTA conference and at local Roanoke schools, in addition to continuing her work teaching students at MMT and leading other classes and workshops for MMT's community partners. She also continued her work with Hollins University's theatre department throughout the year.


Currently, she is teaching classes for Mill Mountain Theatre Conservatory and their partners, as well as Burton Center for Arts & Technology. More education & scholarship news coming soon!
